My flowers haven't arrived/arrived late

Your flowers are sent by next day delivery with My Hermes. Please contact us with your order number if your flowers haven't arrived or are late so we can contact My Hermes to investigate further. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of delivery date for a refund.

My flowers have arrived damaged - what do I do?

Please contact us with your order number and send us a photo of your damaged stems so we can put things right.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

All our letterbox flowers are designed specifically to fit through your door, however if your recipient has a separate mounted letterbox or your flowers won't fit through the door, delivery will be attempted on three occasions.

I forgot to add a discount code or my code isn't working - what do I do?

Please contact us with your order number and we'll refund you the discount code amount.

Can I change my personal message on the gift tag?

If you've made a mistake or simply want to change your message, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will not be able to change your personal message if your order has been posted so please contact us at least 3 days before your delivery date. 

 

Can I collect my order?

If you would like to collect your order please contact us directly to arrange collection. Bunches of Sussex are based in Sussex and can offer collection from Horsham and Shoreham-by-Sea. Orders for collection will need to be placed a minimum of 3 days before collection is required.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately with your order number. Orders cannot be cancelled within 3 days of your delivery date and a refund cannot be processed.
